I like incorporating a fall of almond extract in the frosting and a little tahini to help keep the stability of sweetness at bay. To make the frosting we want butter, clean pistachio paste, icing sugar, almond extract and a bit tahini. Transfer the golden pastry into a bowl then drizzle in excess of the pistachio and white chocolate combination.
